Jared Anez

President

Jared Anez is President of Anez Consulting Inc., in Willmar, MN, a business he started in 1997.  Anez Consulting serves clients from over 25 counties in MN and over 6 counties in North and South Dakota.  Anez Consulting handles all types of agricultural clients, from crop to livestock farms, and is responsible for developing production and conservation plans that promote environmental stewardship and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Jared is a Certified Crop Advisor (CCA), a MMPA Environmental Quality Assurance Program (EQA) Technician as well as a United States Department of Agriculture Technical Service Provider (TSP).
Jared grew up on a crop and livestock farm near Little Falls, MN.  He was a Minnesota State Pork Ambassador in 1991.  Jared went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from North Dakota State University at Fargo in 1993. After graduation he worked as a Livestock Production Specialist for Land O’Lakes Feed in Cottonwood, MN until 1996.
Anez Consulting Inc. is a 2 Star Sponsor of Minnesota Milk Producers Association.  Jared has been a director with the Minnesota Independent Crop Consultants Association since 2000. He has been an associate member of the Minnesota Pork Producers Association since 2003, and currently sits on the Legislative Committee. Jared became an associate member of the Minnesota Farm Bureau in 2005.  He is an Ag. Committee member of the Willmar Chamber of Commerce.
Jared is married to Kami, a consulting pharmacist and fulltime mom to the couple’s six children.

Scott Thaden

Lead Consultant

Scott Thaden is a Lead Consultant for Anez Consulting Inc. in Willmar, MN, where he develops plans for nutrient use, soil management, and crop production in accordance with all Minnesota state and local environmental laws. Scott joined Anez Consulting in 2004.
Prior to joining Anez Consulting, Scott spent 10 years with the Willmar School District as an agriculture education instructor and FFA adviser for Willmar Senior High School. During his tenure at Willmar High, Scott coached several top 10 National FFA Ag Mechanics teams, the Knowledge Bowl team from 2002 to 2004 and football from 1997 to 2005.
Scott has been a member of the Minnesota Association of Ag Educators since 1995, and was selected as the Outstanding Young Ag Educator by the organization in 2000.  He is also a member of the Willmar Chamber of Commerce Ag Committee.  Through Anez Consulting, Inc., Scott has become an associate corporate member of the Minnesota Farm Bureau, Minnesota Milk Producers Association and the Minnesota Pork Board. He was also a member of Farmhouse Fraternity, a professional agriculture fraternity that stresses service to the community.
Scott served in the South Dakota National Guard from 1992 to 1998, and then transferred to the U.S. Naval Reserve from 1998 through 2001. He is a 1995 graduate of South Dakota State University in Brookings, S.D., where he majored in Agricultural Education, and minored in Agriculture Systems and Technology, a program that included Global Positioning and Manure Handling systems.
Scott is married to Kristen and the couple has three children.

Tom Anez

Land Management Consultant

Tom Anez is a Land Management Consultant for Anez Consulting Inc. in Willmar, MN. Tom enables our team to provide a whole farm planning element to our clients. He develops forest and riparian management plans to meet conservation and production goals. He also incorporates these skills to into our Nutrient Management Planning and Environmental Farm Assessments. Tom joined Anez Consulting in fall of 2008.

Prior to joining Anez Consulting, Tom spent 3 years with the MN Dept of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry, as a Forestry Specialist stationed in Blackduck, MN. He was responsible for timber sales, silviculture and wildfire suppression. In 2007 he was part of a team from MN who conducted emergency wildfire abatement in Northern Nevada. As a part time position from 1990-1998 and full time in 1999, Tom worked for Anez Consulting as a soil technician and field scout.

Tom graduated from University of Minnesota, St. Paul with a major in Forest Resource Management in 2005. He was a member of the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity. Tom is a member of the Knights of Columbus and Jaycees organizations.

Janel Skindelien

Office Manager

Janel Skindelien is an Office Manager for Anez Consulting Inc in Willmar, MN.  Janel handles both accounts receivable and accounts payable.  She also does client set up and manages the daily office work.
Prior to joining Anez Consulting Inc, Janel spent 9 years with Herbergers Department Store.  In the store she worked as a Sales Manager and in the corporate office as an Administrative Assistant.  She also worked for 2 years as a Customer Service Manager for a furniture store in St. Cloud, MN.
Janel grew up on a farm in West Central MN.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN.
Janel and her husband Jody have 2 children and live in Willmar.

Vince Anez

Owner; CCA

Vince Anez is the Owner of Anez Consulting, LLC of Little Falls, MN, an agronomy business he started in 1990. Anez Consulting serves clients around Minnesota covering over 40,000 acres. He works with clients to reduce input costs and increase productivity on their farms. In 2000 Vince and his brother Paul took on a Pioneer Seed Agency. 

Vince grew up on a farm in Little Falls, MN. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agronomy from North Dakota State University, where he belonged to the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity; a professional agriculture fraternity. He is a Certified Crop Advisor with the American Society of Agronomy, member of the Minnesota Corn Growers Association and Knights of Columbus. He also co-owns Red Dawn Angus with his brother Paul.

Vince owns the home farm in Little Falls, where the Pioneer Seed Warehouse is located and started a registered Red Angus beef operation.

Paul Anez

Owner; CCA 

Paul Anez has been a Crop Consultant since 2000 for Anez Consulting, LLC out of Little Falls, MN. Paul and his brother Vince started selling Pioneer Seed along with the Agronomy business in 2000. In 2004 he became co-owner of Anez Consulting, LLC with his brother Vince. Paul is also co-owner of Red Dawn Angus in Little Falls.

Paul has a Bachelors Degree in Animal and Plant Systems from the University of MN, St. Paul, 1997. He belonged to the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity on campus; a professional agriculture fraternity. He is a Certified Crop Advisor with the American Society of Agronomy, member of the Minnesota Corn Growers Association and Knights of Columbus.

He enjoys the opportunities and challenges that come with working with progressive clients that want to reach the next level in productivity and profitability.

Paul and his wife Melissa live in Little Falls and have 5 children.

Renee Maciej

Office Manager 

Renee Maciej has been the office manager for Anez Consulting, LLC of Little Falls, MN since 2000. Renee handles the invoicing, accounting, human resources, and public relations for the Little Falls office.

Renee moved to Little Falls from Chaska in 2000 where she had worked at the Chaska Community Center for 7 yrs. Prior to that, she had been a sales consultant for JCPenney, Southdale. She grew up on a farm in Little Falls, MN with her 9 brothers and sisters. She graduated from Alexandria Technical College in Sales Management. 

Renee has been married to her husband Todd since 1988 and they have 4 children. 

Verd Anez

Technical Assistant 

Verd Anez is the Technical Assistant for Anez Consulting, of Little Falls, MN. He has been working with them since 2002 in all aspects of the business. He is involved in the delivery of Pioneer Seed, soil sampling, and is very involved with field scouting and troubleshooting. Verd also helps with the planting, evaluating, and harvesting of field plots. 

Verd graduated from Hutchinson Technical College for Dairy Herd Management. He since has worked in the dairy industry and with crops on his own place, while working with Anez Consulting.

Verd has been married to Karen since 1988 and they have 7 children all involved in the sport of Hockey.

Greg Adamek

Sales Associate

Greg Adamek has been involved with Anez Consulting, LLC doing internships and working seasonally since 2003. Greg has been full time as a sales associate since 2008. He also organizes the Pioneer Seed inventory and delivery and works on informational plots for silage, grain corn, and soybean data. Greg also oversees soil sampling, helps with crop scouting and sells Pioneer Seed.

Greg graduated from Willmar Community College in Agricultural Business and did his internship with Anez Consulting, of Little Falls, MN. 

Greg grew up in Randall, MN where he currently runs a corn and soybean operation.
